Deacon Wellness Events

Going meatless is far from boring, especially when you can experiment with antioxidant-rich herbs, spices, and flavors.  The Deacon Dining Wellness  Program created a vegan spaghetti puttanesca in honor of Vegetarian Awareness Month. The program also featured insight on creating satisfying smoothie bowls which you can top with your favorite additions.
